Great Discovery day with friendly Rico!

We got a full day of viewing properties in the Stoke on Trent and Crewe area, where Rico with his expertise guided us through the different areas, stages of refurb and property strategies. We also met with letting agents, estate agents and the building team and we got a great impression of both Rico and his team.

Do prepare yourself with lunch and water when joining, cause there is no time wasted on stopping for either 🙂
