Treasure Tower is basically the bridge for investors who want high-yield assets in the West Midlands, specifically around Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe. Since we’re active investors ourselves, we don’t just “find houses”, we look for investment vehicles that actually perform. If a property doesn’t pass the same stress-tests we use for our own portfolios, we don’t touch it.
We’ve been at this since 2012, starting out as a sole-trader property sourcing with a massive focus on the Stoke and Newcastle-Under-Lyme rental markets. That early “boots on the ground” era was all about raw research and learning the local niches inside out. It means every deal we source today is backed by over a decade of street-level data, not just guesswork.

FROM LOCAL MARKET HARD WORK TO AN ESTABLISHED UK AGENCY
Our expertise wasn’t picked up in a classroom; it was built by viewing hundreds of properties. We’ve lived through the bad experiences (oh yesss!), from dodgy trades to misleading data, so our clients don’t have to. By early 2015, we expanded into Crewe and formally incorporated as Treasure Tower Ltd (09380908).
As the portfolios grew, we added more layers to help. We launched our Discovery Day® so investors could get a proper feel for the local area. Then in 2018, we moved into project management and refurbishments oversight. We realised that building teams and renovations need serious oversight to stay on track, so we stepped in to bridge that gap between the site and the bottom line.

Today, he has a great team surrounding him. Today, their role is simple: making sure our ‘Investor-First’ mission stays at the heart of every single deal we touch. He’s not interested in the ‘flashy’ fluff, just real results with real people.

We’ve spent over a decade kissing a lot of frogs to find the winners. Rico started this journey in 2012 with nothing but grit and a commitment to viewing every single property personally. He built this agency the hard way, evolving from a one-man band into a professional consultancy by 2015.
