HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE
We normally start the day at 10:15am or 10:30am at our typical meeting location and we finish the day at approximately 17:00.
This is not ‘it’ however. We do follow up with another consultation (online or over the phone) and discuss together how you would like to move forward.
From this moment we have our first one to one meeting with our client, the process of finding the right property or properties depends on the type of development and target that our client requires.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHERE DO YOU OPERATE?
There is a small fee for the day and this would depend on whether you wish to have a full day or half day with us.
Typical locations include Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Crewe, Derby, Central and Greater London, Home Counties, Kent, Oxford, Midlands, Manchester, Liverpool and certain northern cities.
